CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1 All tenancies from 4pm Saturday and terminate 1Oam Saturday, at which time the guest agrees to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. The guest agrees to make good or pay for any damages during the tenancy.

2.   The owners shall not be liable to any persons (including children) for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property including motor vehicles.

3.   The booking is made on the understanding that the cottage will be at the disposal of the guest for the dates stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances out with the owners' control (e.g. fire or damage) no guarantee can be given to provide alternative accommodation, in which case all monies will be returned to the guest in full.

4.   Booking is accepted on the payment of a deposit of £50 per week booked. The deposit is not refundable. Full payment of the balance is required to be paid at least six weeks prior to the commencement of the week/s booked. No refund of rental will be made in the event of cancellation within 28 days of the start of the period of tenancy.
